After placing an advertisement (and spending £125 plus VAT in the process!) in the local press to rent my flat out, I had no success in letting out the property. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the speed in finding us a client when we joined your agency. In 2008 we had our apartment in the hands of another agent in Tameside. It was left empty for 6 months. Having this apartment empty for 6 months resulted in a loss of £3000 revenues to us.
