Ur-Place.com are committed to providing our tenants with a friendly and professional service. We have a number of properties available in the Greater Manchester area.
Viewing
Viewings are arranged at a time to suit you, including evenings and weekends. A local representative will accompany you to provide immediate advice and answer your questions.
Application
Once you select a property you will need to complete an application form. Details and requirements can be agreed at this stage such as move in date and contract length.
References
We require references such as your employer, former landlord and a character reference.
Rent
Rent is normally collected monthly and tenants are usually responsible for Council tax and utility rates.
Deposit
A deposit is required before moving in and is normally equal to one month's rent. Deposits are protected by the Deposit Protection Scheme and cover breakages, damages and other liabilities. Deposits cannot be used to cover rent.
Admin / Legal Fees
A small fee may be payable to cover the tenant's share of the tenancy agreement, legal notices, references and credit checks.
All home movers receive a free welcome pack on the day they move in.
